TechSmith, Jing
Challenge: Jing is a unique piece of software that allows either screen captures or screen recordings, and is available for free or a “pro” edition with more features. However, users were not clear of the other offerings from TechSmith.
Solution: To simplify finding all of the TechSmith software, the Jing site was moved from jingproject.com to techsmith.com. Keeping all the TechSmith software on a single web site made jumping between different solutions much easier.
The previous version of the site on jingproject.com won a 2009 WebAward!
